You can access our software from browser and you can also download our ios app from the app store.

How many users can I have on my plan?

With all of our plans you can have unlimited users on your account.

How do I cancel?

If you don't like our product, you can cancel anytime. Just log in to your account and from your account settings you can select "cancel account". You'll have to pay the remainder of your agreed contract term if you are on the monthly payment plan.

Are there additional fees?

Your subscription includes full platform access and unlimited users. The only extra cost is for SMS and email usage, but it’s minimal—just $15 covers approximately 10,000 emails or 1,000 text messages. Unless you’re running massive marketing campaigns, these fees are more than enough for most small businesses.

How quickly do I get access to everything?

Most of our users are up and running within 30-60 minutes. We also provide step-by-step guides and videos to help you get started quickly and smoothly.
